Frequently asked questions
Where is my progress saved?
Your progress is saved only on your iPhone. CardFall has no accounts and doesn't send your progress to us, so we can't see, move or restore it.
If you delete CardFall, your progress on that iPhone is deleted too, including gems and coins you bought. (Offloading the app in Settings > General > iPhone Storage keeps your progress.) Progress isn't synced between devices through an account. If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer and later restore that backup to the same or a new iPhone, your progress usually comes back with it, but that depends on Apple's backup and we can't guarantee it.
How do I restore my purchases?
Purchases are made through your Apple Account. Permanent items bought with real money, such as gear sets, can be restored on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account: open the Store in CardFall and tap Restore Purchases.
Gems, coins, energy and anything you get with them are used up when spent, so Apple can't restore them and, because they're saved only on your device, neither can we. If you bought something and it didn't arrive, email us with the date and the order ID from your Apple purchase history (reportaproblem.apple.com) and we'll help.
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How can parents control purchases?
All purchases go through Apple. Parents can require approval for purchases with Ask to Buy in Family Sharing, or turn off in-app purchases in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
What are the odds in packs and chests?
Some packs and chests give random rewards. The game always shows what each one can contain and the odds of each rarity before you buy. Unless the game shows otherwise, each item within a rarity has an equal chance.
Are there ads in CardFall?
CardFall offers optional ads that you can choose to watch for a reward, such as extra energy. You decide when to watch one, and you never have to watch ads to play.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
Turn off tracking for CardFall in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or in the game go to Settings > Privacy. You'll still be able to watch ads for the same rewards. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@warpeakstudios.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, what you were doing when it happened and, if you can, a screenshot or screen recording. If you can make it happen again, the steps help us most.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting CardFall from your iPhone deletes your game progress (copies may remain in your device backups). To ask us to delete emails or voicemails you've sent us, or for any other privacy request, contact support@warpeakstudios.com. For information collected by our advertising partners, see our Privacy Policy.
